"I have applied knowledge from Stretch To Win® to stay injury free throughout intense competitive seasons of running and soccer, and to improve my range of motion in weight lifting exercises. The real magic happens when I use what I know to help people improve their quality of life. FST along with proper exercise prescription and trigger point self-massage have proven to be powerful tools for the people I have helped and continue to work with. The study of Fascia and the role it plays in human health has seen a recent increase in popularity. Many formerly unspecified causes of muscle and joint pain have been linked to muscular imbalance and the health of the fascia. For its rehabilitative qualities, I have personally witnessed success with this system in many of my clients and have heard many more success stories from fellow FST practitioners.  Aside from rehabilitation, FST delivers drastic results in flexibility in many people who have the system performed on them. I am happy to be part of a movement that is improving peoples' lives."
